- You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days of receiving the returned item.
- Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty.
