Neelam’s Boutique: Online Cancellation, Returns, and Shipping Policy

We at Neelam’s Boutique strive to provide a seamless shopping experience both online and in-store. Please carefully review our policy below to ensure full clarity when placing orders through our online platform.

1. Order Confirmation & Deposit

  • Order Placement: All orders will only be confirmed after a 50% deposit is made during checkout.
  • Non-Refundable Deposit: In the event of cancellation after confirmation, the deposit is non-refundable.

2. Made-to-Order Items

  • Custom Stitched: All made-to-order garments are custom-stitched to the measurements you provide at the time of purchase.
  • Non-Refundable Payment: Payments for made-to-order items are non-refundable. Ensure you provide accurate measurements.
  • Alterations: If the item does not fit as expected based on your provided measurements, alterations can be arranged in-store. Shipping fees for alterations are the responsibility of the customer for online orders.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Once your order is confirmed, standard processing time is 3-5 business days for ready-made items and 10-14 business days for made-to-order products.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
  • Delivery Timeframe: Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days for domestic orders and 7-28 business days for international orders.
    For made-to-order products, delivery would be from 6 – 8 weeks.

4. Faulty or Unfit for Purpose Items

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available for items that are unworn and faulty or not fit for purpose.
  • Return Period: Faulty items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, with proof of purchase.
  • Return Shipping: For faulty or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Non-Faulty Returns: For all other returns of unworn, non-faulty items, you can return the product within 28 days of delivery.
  • Exchange or Store Credit: Items returned within 28 days are eligible for exchange or a credit note, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-faulty items. The customer must provide tracking information and shipping proof if making a non-faulty item return.
  • Condition of Returns: Items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags intact, and in unworn, resalable condition.

  • If, during the examination process of a returned item the seller sees no faults, you may be made responsible for the coverage of the return label fee.

6. Digital Communication

  • Order Updates: You may receive automated emails regarding your order status, including confirmation, processing, and shipping on eligible products.

Additional Terms

  • Final Sale: All sale and clearance items are final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • International Orders: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.
